​Saint Pierre Center for International Security (SPCIS) was established in September 2020, jointly initiated by the Guangdong International Economic Association, the Guangdong Institute for Indo-Pacific Peace & Development Studies and the TrueScholar International Consulting. SPCIS is committed to building China's first social think tank focusing on non-traditional security studies in the entire field, providing research resources and coordination platforms for professionals engaged in non-traditional security related research and practice. As one of new social think tanks in China, SPCIS devotes to building bridges between domestic and international, government and market, theory and practice, and provides new perspectives, new models and new ideas for the development of Chinese social think tanks.
