Saint Pierre Center for International Security (SPCIS) is the world's first independent social think tank specializing in all areas of Non-Traditional Security.
Established in September 2020, we dedicate our passions to our Missions:
We keep track of global non-traditional security dynamics and offer insights into the transforming global security governance
We work collaboratively with leading and influential academia, organizations, corporations, and policy-making bodies to perform a more comprehensive and in-depth security analysis

Non-Traditional Security to Governance
SPCIS advocates NTS Diplomacy, which is a comprehensive approach to managing non-traditional security issues by which states would develop healthy relations.
Critical Security Lab
SPCIS tracks how theories of critical security are transformed into policy practice based on the textual analysis of our original dataset. We focus on country and region cases worldwide.
SPCIS emphasizes that high-quality technology development and technology-related security issues are the determinants of China's responsible rise in the future.
